A condensed yet immersive introduction to entrepreneurship, designed to give young minds the experience of what it means to think, create, and lead like an innovator.
Over three action-packed days, participants dive into problem-solving, develop creative solutions, and work collaboratively to bring ideas to life.
The journey culminates in a demo day pitch showcase, where they present to seasoned entrepreneurs and judges to receive valuable feedback and learnings. By the end of the program, students gain invaluable insights into creativity, teamwork, communication, and being a founder, sparking a passion to explore their full potential. It’s the first step toward unlocking their potential to a whole new world.

Students embark on a year-long journey where they learn by doing - ideating, prototyping, and refining projects under the mentorship of top founders and industry leaders. Here are some facts about him:
Born and raised in Singapore, Theodoric dropped out of Raffles Institution when he was 16, founded and sold his first startup at age 20, became a millionaire in his twenties, and by age 26 had raised over $30 million for his second startup that today employs hundreds of employees, has created thousands of jobs across 9 offices globally, and is defining healthcare across the world. Theodoric has also been honoured in accolades including the Forbes 30 under 30 list, Prestige's 40 under 40, and more. Today at age 29, he is looking to scale his impact much larger ahead.
His journey isn't a conventional one, and more importantly, isn't one that happened by chance. His path and achievements were shaped by a series of intentional efforts to gain exposure to specific experiences and the acquisition of particular skills, all of which differed from a conventional education and upbringing.

Figured at its core, is a robust program and curriculum distilling the first-hand experiences of Theodoric and many of the world's leading entrepreneurs, into a carefully crafted bootcamp and program designed for kids and teens to pick up the most important practical skills that will be pivotal to their adult lives. Whether they have an interest to one day become a founder, or simply a highly effective individual, they will acquire capabilities and competencies that will set them apart, all of which will never be taught in schools.

Day 1
Rapid Immersion
8:30AM - 3:00PM
Day 1 focuses on building an immersive and strong foundation for the entrepreneurial journey. Students are introduced to the principles of design thinking and problem-solving, learning how to identify real-world challenges and brainstorm innovative solutions. Working in teams, they begin developing their ideas and creating initial prototypes, guided by experienced mentors. The day also includes a storytelling and branding workshop to help students shape their concepts into compelling narratives. By the end of the day, students will have refined their ideas and gained valuable insights to carry into the next day.
Day 2
Demo Day
8:30AM - 3:00PM
Day 2 is all about bringing ideas to life and preparing for the big pitch. Students refine their prototypes, enhance their storytelling, and practice their presentations with support from mentors. The bootcamp culminates in an exciting Demo Day, where teams present their projects to a panel of mentors, entrepreneurs, and parents. The session concludes with constructive feedback, recognition of achievements, and a closing ceremony to celebrate the participants’ journey. Students leave with newfound confidence, practical skills, and a deeper understanding of what it means to be a creator and problem-solver.
