This notice covers figured.co. You can explore without creating an account. The site includes enquiries and programme booking. Secure payment is available only for confirmed intakes when checkout is open. There are no advertising pixels, behavioural analytics or session replay.
The hosting and network services used to deliver the website may process technical access information, such as IP addresses and request details, under their own policies. Links to other services take you to websites governed by those services’ notices.
Your learning brief
The learning planner creates a brief in your browser. Your entries are not submitted to Figured. Copying or downloading a brief happens only when you choose that action.
The planner does not need names or contact details. If you choose to continue into an enquiry, the brief is carried through temporary storage in your browser tab. You can review and edit it before sending; carrying it into the form does not submit it. Please use general learning goals and leave out sensitive personal information. If you choose to share a brief by email, the information you send becomes part of that email enquiry.
Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, Figured receives the adult contact’s name and email address, enquiry type, message, any age band or organisation you choose to provide, the privacy-notice version and the submission time. A source-page reference helps us understand the context.
Enquiries are stored in the website’s database so the Figured team can review, respond and follow up. A receipt is displayed only after the message is saved. Private access is restricted by role. Authorised team members may review enquiries; selected delivery partners can access only enquiries assigned to them. Website hosting and database infrastructure are provided through our hosting service using Cloudflare.
Technical connection information is used to limit spam and repeated submissions. The enquiry record stores a daily keyed fingerprint rather than a raw IP address. Sending an enquiry does not create a marketing subscription or confirmed booking.
Email links open your email service and do not send automatically. If you choose email, your message is handled by the email services involved. Use a general learning goal and age band for an initial enquiry; do not include child names, reports, diagnoses or detailed personal histories.
For questions about information you have submitted, use your enquiry reference when contacting Figured. Ask us about correction or deletion if the information is no longer needed.
Young people
A parent, guardian or authorised school representative should make enquiries for a learner under 18. Please do not send child names, identity documents, diagnoses, school reports or detailed medical histories in an initial enquiry.

Programme bookings and payments
A programme booking stores the adult contact name and email, age band or audience, intake, places, total fee, accepted terms version, payment references, payment and refund states, and confirmation delivery state. Initial booking forms do not request child names, diagnoses or reports.
Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and are not stored in Figured’s database. Stripe processes payment and receipt information under its own notice. Transactional booking messages are sent through Resend when the verified sending service is connected. They are separate from marketing subscriptions.
Private confirmation links give access to the booking schedule and practical information. Keep the link private. Booking and payment records are restricted to the owner workspace. Information is used for booking, delivery, support, refunds and business record-keeping. Contact Figured about correction, access or deletion; some transaction records may need to be retained.
WhatsApp enquiries
If you choose the WhatsApp contact link, WhatsApp opens with a draft that identifies the Figured programme and source page. You review and send the message yourself. Messages and the phone number or profile details you share are handled through WhatsApp to discuss your enquiry. WhatsApp conversations are separate from the website enquiry form and its saved reference. Please use an adult contact and a general age band rather than child names, diagnoses or private reports.
