The standard arrangements for family programmes, appointments and parent workshops. The relevant terms and complete programme details are shown before payment.
Prices and confirmation
Standard fees are published on the pricing page. They are one-off total fees for the stated programme, with materials and any applicable tax included. No registration, booking or payment-processing fee is added. A private commissioned engagement has a complete quoted fee and written scope.
An enquiry does not reserve a place. A booking names the service provider, programme, learner age band or audience, every date, setting, facilitator, inclusions and total payable. Payment is requested only for an intake with confirmed delivery arrangements. Your place is confirmed when successful payment is verified.
Family changes and cancellations

| Individual appointments | Cancel or move an appointment at least 24 hours before it starts for a full refund of that appointment. With less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% is refundable. A missed appointment is not refundable. In a four-session continuation, each appointment is valued at one quarter of the package fee. |
| Foundations and applied group labs | Cancel at least seven calendar days before the first session for a full refund. With less than seven days’ notice, 50% is refundable. After the programme starts, cancellation or missed sessions are not refundable. Contact us about a possible transfer before the programme starts. |
| Parent workshops | Cancel at least 48 hours before the workshop for a full refund. Within 48 hours, the ticket is not refundable. You may transfer it to another household before the workshop starts by contacting us. |
| School and commissioned engagements | The cancellation and change terms in the accepted private programme scope apply. |
All times are Singapore time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Send a change or cancellation request to programs@figured.co with the booking reference. Refunds are returned through the original payment method; the bank or provider determines when funds appear.
If Figured changes or cancels
If Figured cancels a programme, you can choose a rescheduled programme or a full refund. If cancellation happens after a sequence starts, undelivered sessions are refunded proportionately. If Figured changes an agreed date and you cannot attend, you can request a refund for the affected undelivered sessions. These terms do not limit rights that apply under law.
Participation and care
Book for the stated audience and age band. Participation support, supervision and any suitability conversation are agreed before a place is offered. Hosted parent-child workshops require an accompanying adult throughout. Educational learning does not provide diagnosis, psychological treatment or clinical assessment.
Programme materials are for the booked learner or household. Participation does not grant permission to reproduce, resell or independently teach Figured materials. Photography and publicity require separate permission.
Private confirmations
Your confirmation link gives access to your booking details. Keep it private. Initial booking forms use the adult contact and age band, without child names or sensitive reports. Read the privacy notice for payment and booking information.
